James Conley

As a child of new home builders, James was involved in real estate since he was a child but took the long route when turning entering his profession. While first getting his licence in 1990, James’ interests took him initially to the University of Manitoba, after completing two degrees he successfully challenged to re-establish his licence in 1999.

James was hooked on real estate and there was no turning back. He feels fortunate to have discovered, through the peers and mentors who guided him, a unique way of working in real estate that aligns with his personal and professional values. With an extensive construction (15 years representing the top builders in the city) and business (former owner of a service company and construction firm) background James focuses on his clients and their needs with a long-term perspective, helping clients with real estate issues or questions wherever and whenever they arise. Moreover, he views herself not just as a Realtor but as an adviser, helping clients not only to buy or sell but to strategize toward long-term wealth building with real estate.

When he’s not running around town, you can find James at home with his wife, Maria, and 4-legged companion Wyatt Earp. James has yet to say no to a round of golf.
